How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free! For expedited shipping (1-3 business days), there is a flat rate of $10.

When will I receive my order?

*MOST PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER*

Therefore, orders will usually ship within 2-5 business days of being placed. Allow another 2-6 days for delivery. For custom orders, personalizations, or pre-orders, please allow for an extra week or two. 

If you need your order by a certain date, please email or message us in advance to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Do you ship international? 

Unfortunately, we only ship within the United States at this time.

What is your return policy?

Since most items are made to order, all purchases are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. If you have an issue with an item you received, please email or DM us within 7 days of receiving your order.

What if my order is a gift?

At checkout, be sure to leave a note stating this order is a gift so we do not include a receipt with prices. We can also include a personalized note for the recipient.

How do you know all of the material you use is authentic?

We only buy designer goods that have been authenticated by a professional. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please email us.

Where is TMC located?

My home office in Yardley, Pennsylvania -- right outside of Philadelphia!

Why do your prices seem so high?

A lot of factors determine our prices. We find a lot of the designer goods to repurpose from consignment shops, but they are still not cheap to buy. In addition, we try to use the highest quality materials, including real leather. Follow us on Instagram to see when we offer special sales and coupons!

Can I do a large or bulk order?

Can you do any personalization on your products?
